I have been coming to Breakaway for exactly a year and it’s one of the best decisions I made for my health. I have been struggling with back pain since I was a teenager but never found a way to get rid of it and actively work on staying healthy. I think I found them through a neighborhood post where several folks recommended them. That was all the evidence I needed. EVERYONE in that office space is so incredibly welcoming which is rare. I am so grateful for all of them and I look forward to each and every session. They take time to educate me and support me holistically during EVERY visit and check in on me when I’m not there and because they have taken time to get to know me it never feels like a “sales pitch” to come back in. Thank you Breakaway and an extra special thank you to Dr. Lad. You’re the real deal doc! and I for sure know I’m being seen by the best team. The best side effect is that I constantly struggled with headaches before going in thinking it was stress but within 2-3 sessions I rarely experience them now. Who knew?! Our bodies truly need to be aligned for “it” all to work well.
Vet here with an about a 39 year lower back issue developed during duty in the USAF.
Finally had the VA look into the progressive pain n disc degeneration that's occurred over the years.
Even after the 1st of 12 visits, the nagging pain in one of my discs subsided with that very 1st adjustment by Dr. Hash.
Until then I'd used the gym hot tub to bring relief to pulled back muscles that would help, but not cure the problem.
Also, Josuelo has been very helpful and instrumental in caring for my lower back through heat, stretch n exercise methods that have greatly improved my overall health and range of motion.
He even brought relief to a neck pain issue that occurred a few days before one of my weekly visits...I haven't had it reoccur in the 3 weeks since that day of care.
They're all knowledgeable and good, friendly people who genuinely care about helping you get back into a healthy groove once again.

I have had chronic back pain for 20 years. Dr Hasheen has kept me in alignment for 4 years. I go every 2 weeks and he always makes sure I walk out feeling pain free.

If you’re experiencing any pain or discomfort, I highly recommend visiting this place. I was in a tough spot, as I was in pain from doing any household chores and carrying my four-month-old son. The pain in my lower back and hips was so severe that I could only hold my son for five minutes at a time. The pain would flare up, and I would have to hand him over to my wife. However, since I started visiting this place, I’ve experienced tremendous relief in my neck, back, and hips. I can now hold my son for much longer, and that’s made me happier. Additionally, the staff here is incredibly welcoming and makes me feel like part of the family.
