This is a well-run club with great shows and the best classes. I go venues at least 2-3x per week as an audience member, performer, and occasional show producer, and The Comedy Arena is my top recommendation. The shows are fun! Management and staff are top notch. The food is good quality bar fare. Drinks are reasonably priced. It’s a friendly environment, and downtown McKinney is cute & vibrant with easy parking. Highly recommend!
Great place for fun and laughs. The downstairs is a cafe and bar. 30 minutes before the show they start letting people go upstairs to the comedy room. Each person is required to purchase a minimum of 2 items from the menu. I had bottled water but only drank half because I was laughing so hard at the comedians and was worried i'd spit it out. I also had the sopapilla ice cream that was delicious. My husband had a beer and funnel cake fries. The show was 90 minutes with the manager doing the opening act, then a local North Texas who was hilarious, then the main act . After the show the comedians were downstairs in the cafe available for autographs, souvenirs, and some chit chat. I'd recommend this place for anyone who needs a good laugh.
The Comedy Arena was a great place for a date night with my husband! Last night, we attended a fun show, enjoyed delicious food, and met some amazing folks. The staff was super friendly, and the venue itself was clean and well maintained ( not always our experience at other comedy clubs).

Shows at The Comedy Arena are always a blast! From improv to stand up, there’s always something hilarious going on. I’ve loved every show I see here and also the food is amazing! This is a wonderful place to spend a fun evening out
We have been wanting to go to the comedy areane for years. Finally! And it was well worth it. The set-up is easy to get in and out. Bar and kitchen service was quick and easy. Drinks and food were good and the staff as well. We will definitely be back.
This place is great!! From family-friendly shows to anything goes! Great classes and camps for kids/teens. Fantastic food, and people. If you're looking for a good time, this is the place for you.

Very organized and reasonable pricing on not only the show but drinks and food. Service can be a little slow, but they do very well considering the size of the venue.
First time coming here tonight for a Christmas party watching Flip 🎄 I highly recommend coming here . I was able to meet the owner Von , he was super friendly and made the atmosphere feel very welcoming . our server Angie was also amazing and super nice great with being on time.

Fun little comedy venue with great food. Awesome place for an affordable date night. The garlic cheesy bread, pretzel bites, and pizza were all a hit and the cast put on an entertaining improv evening.
Love this intimate comedy venue. It hosts a mix of amateur and professional comedians. The seating is clean and simple and there’s a good variety of snacks/beverages. Great for a date night or something to do with friends/family
What an unforgettable night! This comedy club has it all—talented comedians, a fantastic atmosphere, and a staff that knows how to make you feel right at home. Every comedian brought something unique to the stage, keeping us laughing from start to finish.
The setup was intimate enough that you felt connected to the performers but roomy enough to be comfortable. Drinks and snacks were on point. Shoutout to the staff, who kept everything running smoothly, from seating us promptly to making sure everyone had a great time.

Whether you're on a first date or there on your anniversary ... you can't beat the laughs, awesome food and incredible staff. I've headlined the club numerous times over the years and can honestly say it's always a fantastic and positive experience. Jared, Von, and their staff are so friendly, so sweet, and top notch professionals!!
I’ve been to a few improv comedy nights here. The shows have been hit or miss which is fine - I’m not paying a fortune to see Eddie Murphy - I like the local vibe with less well established comedians.
The setting is intimate upstairs, the service is good. The food is adequate - I generally go for a flatbread.
It’s a nice space and I’m glad it exists.
I love this spot. I would come here every time they opened if I could. The Standup, Improv, and specialty shows are amazing. Staff is friendly, fun and makes you feel like family.
The Comedy Arena is the most welcoming comedy club in DFW. The staff is kind and helpful, and the comics are great too! I definitely recommend this place to anyone in town.
The Comedy Arena is a GREAT place if you’re looking for lots of laughs! They have family shows for everyone as well as late night shows for an older crowd. ComedySportz is probably my favorite show and it’s different every time!
Fun place, funnier jokes, and if you want to take a class or two, this is a great place to do!

I love taking friends and family to the Comedy Arena! The food and drinks are delicious and the staff always have a smile on their face. I also love that they host a jazz night! You can help but leave with a big grin!
