Genuine and unfiltered review: I am a Registered Nurse and have worked with multiple agencies. However, I have never felt as amazed as I do with the contract I am currently on with DNA Nursing Agency. Both Aruna and Sophie are wonderful. Since my first day with the agency, Aruna has consistently checked in to make sure I am doing well and addressed any issues I might have. No matter if it’s the weekend, she always answers my calls and happily resolves any concerns. She replies to my urgent texts within minutes. Sophie is a true legend. She handles all my travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Whenever I face difficulties with any booked assignments, she stands by me and communicates with the facilities to ensure I have everything I need during my contract. I couldn’t be more grateful to both of them. They continually check in on me and make me feel valued, never like just another number. Our conversations feel like those of friends, and I always enjoy sharing my experiences with these lovely ladies because they listen and advocate for me. I highly recommend that any nurses who are struggling with their current agency reach out to Aruna or Sophie.

This is my first experience with Agency nursing. I am on my second placement, and planning the next one, and I am very happy with the communication I have experienced.
