Amazing customer service from start to finish. I ordered the oven late on a Thursday night (they were the only place anywhere that had the oven size I needed in stock) and it was installed and ready to go by Friday lunchtime! Sarah was super helpful. Would definitely use this company again. Thanks!
Went in the morning for a condenser dryer. Bought it with3 year warranty and had it delivered same day. Excellent service and such friendly people. Would definitely recommend.

Needed a new washing machine the lady was really helpful and we had the new one installed 2 and a half hours later with old machine taken away. The guy that did it was also very helpful. Would recommend and I will be going back for anything we need!

Excellent service by friendly staff. Went to their shop in Heywood today to look at buying a new one. Unlike other shops and stores no hassle whatsoever. Bought one as price very good and asked how soon we wanted it. I jokingly said 'now please', and it was delivered a couple of hours later and old one taken away. No delivery charge, free removal of old one. Excellent service.
They go above and beyond to deliver a great efficient service. My mum who lives in a flat had a washer delivered next day, up 3 flights of steps. The old washer which was in a cupboard was taken away - they took the cupboard door off so they could remove and fit the new one, took the old one away too. My mum was stress free and very happy with the service. We definitely would recommend them

Having struggled with other suppliers and being disappointed when the cooker or washer that we were after, wasn’t in stock after trawling through their websites. It was a relief to be able to talk to Sarah and for her to tell me there and then what they had in the shop and that they could have delivered the next day if we had needed. Brilliant service.
I was searching for a fridge freezer suitable for my garage and had received conflicting information from other providers and told goods would arrive in stock and never did. From the moment I spoke to Sarah she was bright and very helpful. She had the item in stock and arranged delivery promptly at a time to suit me. The driver delivered the goods, already unpacked (do to covid ) and took my old one away. I rang Sarah to thank her and pay and she was same as before, cheerful and helpful, a real asset to the company.
